Health Regeneration Stack
Does health regeneration stack? If I use both Mending and Healing Breeze will their effects stack? Sry, it doesn't really say on wiki; it might be implied but I'm not sure.

That will refresh healing breeze, not stack it.

If you are NOT farming, use better skills than Mending and Healing Breeze. I assume this is on a warrior, in which case you cut your energy regen in half, and use half of your energy to cast Healing Breeze. Healing Signet and Lion's Comfort are better options for a warrior BY FAR.
If its not a Warrior, it may work, but I'm guessing you won't be smart using Mending. I only see Mending used effectively for solo farming builds, and occassional bonding builds. And as posted above, this info was on wiki. |

A small correction: health regeneration/degeneration does stack beyond +/-10 pips, it's only the actual experienced re/degen that is capped at +/-10. If you wonder where's the difference then think of the following situations:
You're simultaneously hit by Conjure Nightmare and Conjure Phantasm (like, ouch, man), putting you at a frisk -13 pips of health degen. Luckily for you, degen is capped at -10 pips so that's what you are seeing. When you cast a Healing Breeze at 8 Healing Prayers, it will give you +7 pips of regen. Since your uncapped degen is -13, the result is that you will still have -6 pips of degen with HB. If degen only stacked to -10, casting HB would bring you to -3 pips but it doesn't. You cast Mystic Regeneration at 8 Earth Prayers while having four other previously cast enchantments on you. That will give you +15 pips of health regeneration but you can only see +10 because of the cap. You are then hit by a poisoned burning arrow which causes -11 degen (-4 from poison, -7 from burning, again stacking past -10). If health regen only stacked up to +10, you'd have 10 - 11 = -1 health degen but fortunately there are five more pips beyond the cap so what you see is 15 - 11 = +4 health regeneration and your 55 Mo/D can happily chug along. |

Taurus: Tidus responded that way, I think, because MagmaRed & Azagoth appear to be using Tidus' questions as a way to +1, +3 and +5 their posting counts. I've noticed similar harassment of Sir Tidus in some other threads. EDIT: Decided not to add the final part :P |

actually, i'm not a noob (not much of one anyways) and this thread answered my questions about mystic regen perfectly. I was gonna go ele/derv for a terra tank build, but wasn't sure if the +/- 10 health pip would be worth it (other option was 55 ele/monk with prot spirt and hb). Now I know it will be props to tmakinen, thanks for the info (and everyone else that posted one here w/info)
